Terms and Conditions

This form is simply a means for you to easily inquire about the availability of our suites for a certain date or dates. Submitting your personal information, preference of suites, and desired dates via this form does NOT constitute an actual reservation booking. It is simply a way for us to more easily assist you in finding out if your desired suite and dates are availabile.

Upon receiving your successfully submitted Availability form, we will cross-reference your request with our upcoming guest lists, and contact you with the best possible options for your stay with us. Then, if we are able to accomodate your request, we will be happy to assist you with our complete Reservation process.

The Dolphin Den of Ogunquit Beach is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is important to us. If travel plans change and you must cancel a reservation, please call at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to advise us. A $29 service fee applies to all reservations cancelled, regardless of notice.

If cancelled with under seven (7) days* notice, if you shorten your stay or check out early, the entire reservation must be paid. If you cancel within 21 days, a $29 cancellation fee applies. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made, less a $29 service fee.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods.

*A 21 day cancellation notice is required on weekly bookings and holidays.

Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call us to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Please understand that Maine State laws ***prohibit any smoking in rooms*** however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

The Dolphin Den of Ogunquit Beach is happy to accommodate well behaved pets for an added fee. We ask you to please contact us IN ADVANCE at (207) 646-5639 for details on pet policies and fees.
